Bryan Hoch, of MLB.com, reports New York Yankees RP Mariano Rivera (ribs) admitted that he pitched through the entire playoffs with a painful ribcage injury. Rivera said the injury happened during the ALCS against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
